Laughter is an audible expression of happiness. Most of us laugh everyday. When we see something funny, we laugh. When we hear something funny, we also laugh. When we are being tickled, we also laugh.
It is very important for us to laugh everyday. But of course if its on the right place. Just make sure you laugh without offending others. According to medical experts, laughing has so many medical benefits to us. Listed below is something I found in wikipedia about laughter

The reason I posted this article is that I remember everyday we laugh in our lunch table. From the different stories shared by each one, specially when some punch lines are executed perfectly, you won't resist laughing. I have this officemate, Rey, who shares his 'pamangkin stories' everyday. He shares funny experiences about them.
And sometimes, we (they) have this kind of game... actually it's not a game.. It's like when someone is telling a story then he/she paused for a while and think cause she forgets something, everyone will try to guess the answer (like in a game show with their hands below their chin). Then no one will get the correct answer... We also have this Monzie-Dictionary before... Like the blowfish = butete... I'm not sure if that's the one..
Anyway, I just wanted to share to you that we need to laugh everyday to keep the stress away. Just make sure you are not alone when you are laughing.
