"Health is wealth."
Being healthy is very important especially this season of flu. And by this it means you have to maintain a good balance in your life working out an exercise or eating healthy foods.
The lunch table always have a complete set of healthy foods and of course the not-so-healthy foods.
Here are some of the dishes you will see during breakfast or lunch break in the lunch table.
1. Vegetable Salad - something that has leaves on it...
2. Gio and Arnold's Oatmeal - and now, Rey joined the oatmeal society!
3. Any Kinds of Fruits - Banana, Mango, Watermelon, etc...
4. Vegetable Sandwish - bread with vegetables still on it.. :D
5. Yogurt - i love yogurt...
6. Juice with L-carnitine - something that burns that is so refreshing
7. Chicken Empanada - with carrots and eggs.. so yummy...
And here below is the list of the not-so-healthy foods you can also find in the lunch table.
1. Noodles... - like the pancit canton...
2. Chicharon - uhm.. masarap kasi eh
3. Oily foods - such as pork chops, fried chicken etc.
Well, whatever you eat, just make you sure you have a balanced diet and do exercise regularly to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sabi nga ni Jhing, "pag wala kang bilbil, hindi ka in!"
