My office mates just successfully completed their first week on their 3-day diet, and all i can say is that this is no fun.
Having a strict (not super strict) diet needs great willingness to follow the meals and the determination to continue.
I think the worst part for them is that they are eating limited food (like crackers and cheese for lunch! duh??) while the others are eating their 'normal' meals on the lunch table.
There was one time where the only thing that they had was crackers and 1/8 slice of cheese. Although I am not a fan of cheese (except for cheesecakes), i tried to taste some few slices of cheese (plain cheese) and as it touches my tongue, I can't describe my reaction and they were laughing on my facial expression. I just can't take it..
It's really hard to control the food that you eat especially when you eat too much (but not too much that you would spend millions for the meal). Maybe, as i said, it really needs the ultimate determination that you could have to yourself and strength to ignore the tasty foods that you can see and smell around you.
But still, i couldn't do that! Till here. Ciao! :D
